Case of eleven
years old girl is reported. Girl had fixed pulmonal hypertension
due to congenital heart disease of type "single ventricle" functionally.
This is one of rare but complex defects. Both ventricles were
connected with one big septum (which can be proved just in region
of ventricular inlet), enlarged right ventricle, big vessels in
position "double outlet right ventricle" without pulmonic stenosis.
Diagnosis was established on time, but due to war girl wasn't
transported to cardiosurgery center to perform pulmonic artery
banding. Irreversibile pulmonic hypertension was developed and
disease was claimed inoperabile. With this clear finding, therapeutically
missed we gave up from heart catheterisation (procedure of high
risk in this situation).
