INVALIDNOSTI U RUDARA I RADNIKA TERMOELEKTRANE UGLJEVIK

Teški uslovi rada u elektroprivredi utiču na stalni rast broja invalida
rada, kao i na smanjenje mogućnosti njihovog radnog angažovanja.
CILJ:
Analizirajući invalidnost, cilj je bio istražiti medicinske
uzroke invalidnosti kod radnika kojima je prilikom ocjene radne
sposobnosti na invalidskoj komisiji PIO utvrđena preostala radna
sposobnost i opasnost od nastanka invalidnosti.
MATERIJAL
I METODE: U Rudniku i Termoelektrani (RiTE) Ugljevik od 1725
radnika je 132 (7,65%) invalida, od čega je 116 (87,88%) sa preostalom
radnom sposobnošću i 16 (12,12%) sa opasnošću od nastanka invalidnosti.
Prosječna starost u momentu invalidiziranja je bila 39,66±7,32 godine.
Prosječan penzijski staž je 21,83±7,5 godina, a prosječan ekspozicioni
radni staž je 16,52±7,07 godina.
REZULTATI:
Najčešći uzrok invalidnosti je bolest i to kod 102 (77,27%), zatim
povrede na radu kod 23 (17,42%) i povrede van rada kod 7(5,3%) ispitanika.
Najznačajniji uzroci invalidnosti su: bolesti mišićno-koštanog sistema
i vezivnog tkiva kod 46 (34,58%) invalida, zatim povrede kod 30
(22,73%) bolesti organa sistema čula vida i sluha 12 (9,09%), bolesti
sistema krvotoka 11 (8,33%) te bolesti sistema organa za disanje
i endokrinog sistema sa po 7 (5,50%) ispitanika. Od 132 invalida,
102 (77,27%) su radili u rudniku (što je 12,72% ukupno zaposlenih
na Rudniku); 25 (18,94%) u Termoelektrani (što je 4,61% ukupno zaposlenih
u TE), a 5 (3,79%) je u RZ (što je 1,31% od zaposlenih u RZ).
ZAKLJUČAK:
Značajno je da su najučestaliji invalidi rada, čak 47 od 102 (35,61%
svih invalida), vozači dampera (rudarsko zanimanje).

working conditions at the power plant take great influence as on
constant rising of number of work invalids, as on lowering of possibility
of them being employed.
AIM:
The aim of analysing invalidity was to investigate medicine causes
of invalidity of workers whose working ability and danger of invalidity
were determined during the working ability valuation by invalidity
commission (PIO).
MATERIAL
AND METHODS: Among 1725 workers at the Mine and Power Plant
Ugljevik (RiTE), 132 (7,65%) are invalids. In this group 116 (87,88%)
are able to work and 16 (12,12%) are exposed to danger of becoming
invalid. The average age at the moment of becoming invalid was 39,66±7,32.
The average total length of service is 21,83±7,5, the average length
of service is 16,52±7,07.
RESULTS:
The most often cause of invalidity is disease 102 (77,27%),
then injuries at work 23(17,42%) and injuries out of work 7 (5,3%).
The most important causes of invalidity are: diseases of bone and
muscular system 46 (34,58%) of invalids, then diseases of nervous
system and sense organs 12 (9,09%), injuries 30 (22,73%), cardiovascular
diseases 11 (8,33%), diseases of respiratory system and endocrine
system 7 (5,50%). The most frequent workers in the groups of 132
invalids was: 102 (77,27%) coal-miner (12,72% out of total number
of coal-miners), 25 (18,94%) workers at the power plant (9,61% out
of total number of workers at the power plant) and 5 (3,79%) workers
at the work community.
CONCLUSION:
The important thing is the fact that 47 (35,61%) of all invalids
became invalids as employees that work as dump- drivers, coal-miner.
