PRIKAZ PATOLOŠKIH STANJA VENSKE CIRKULACIJE U ZAPOSLENE POPULACIJE
Kuralić S, Hadžigrahić N.
Klinika za kožne i spolne bolesti UKC Tuzla, Tuzla, Bosna i Hercegovina
Prikaz
morbiditeta zbog smetnji venske cirkulacije donjih ekstremiteta
u zaposlene populacije nije realan.
CILJ:
Cilj rada je utvrditi povezanost zanimanja i poremećaja venske cirkulacije
po C.E.A.P. klasifikaciji (C-kliničke manifestacije; E-etiologija;
A- anatomske promjene; P- perforatori).
ISPITANICI
I METODE: Istraživanjem je obuhvaćeno 98 bolesnika (42 žene
i 56 muškaraca), izabranih metodom slučajnog izbora.
REZULTATI:
Među bolesnicima ženskog spola bilo je najviše ekonomskih tehničara
i drugih službenica- 21 od 42 (50%), zatim prosvjetnih radnica-
7 od 42 (16,6%), trgovaca - 5 od 42 (11,9%), frizera -4 od 42 (9,5%),
medicinskih sestara -2 od 42 (4,7%) i ostalih zanimanja - 3 od 42
najbrojnije grupe: grupa službenica i grupa rudara. Prema C.E. A.
postojanje istog oboljenja u porodici.
FINDINGS OF PATHOLOGICAL STATUS OF VEIN -CIRCULATION WITH EMPLOYED
POPULATION
Kuralic S, Hađžigrahic N.
Department of Dermatology Diseases, University Clinical Center,
Tuzla, Bosnia and Herzegovina
AIM:
Status of morbidity due to vein- circulation disorders of the lower
extremities of professionals is not realistic. The focus of the
experiment is to confirm the connection between various professions
and disorder of vein circulation according to C.E.A.P. classification
(C- clinical manifestations; E - etiology; A - anatomy changes;
P - perforations).
SUBJECTS
AND METHODS: The experiment was based on 98 patients (42 women
and 56 men) chosen by a method of accidental selection.
RESULTS:
Among the female patients there were mostly economics technicians
and other office workers -21/42 (50.0%), then teachers-7/42 (16.6%),
salespersons -5/42 (11.9%), hairdressers -4/42 (9.5%), 2/42 (4.7%)
nurses and other professions -3/42 (5.3%). The group of male patients
consisted mainly of miners -28/56 (50.0%), drivers -11/56 (19.6%),
carpenters -5/56 (8.9%), painters -3/56 (5.3%), teachers - 3/56
(5.3%) and other professions -6/56 (10.7%). Out of all the professions,
two groups were separated: group of office workers and group of
miners. According to C.E.A.P. classification, the majority of office
workers (11/21) had oedemas (C3), 7/21 active vein ulcers (C6),
whilst 13 out of 21 had varicose veins (C2). As far as etyology
is concerned, 14 out of 21confirmed, that there no family history
of the same illness. In the group of 28 miners, 13 of them had active
vein- ulcers (C6), 7 had dermatological changes of ulcers (C4),
while 4 miners had oedemas (C3). 16 out of 28 miners confirmed no
family history of vein- circulation disorders. It was established
that patients reported to a doctor relatively late when they already
had active vein ulcers.
CONCLUSION:
Based on the given results, it was concluded that the number of
males with vein -circulation disorders was in increase. The largest
number of diseased was in the groups of sedentary professions and
the ones connected with heavy physical work. Medical prevention
is to be done during the period of professional orientation, and
treatment early, when there is no irreversible of changes on the
skin.
