Pušenje
cigarete je najmasovnija pojava, a posebno brine što je masovna
pojava među zdravstvenim radnicima koji trebaju da budu primjer
zdravog življenja.
CILJ:
Cilj rada je ispitati koliko ima pušača među zdravstvenim radnicima
Doma zdravlja u Cazinu, koliko pušenje utječe na njihovo zdravlje,
te stavovi zdravstvenih radnika o pušenju.
ISPITANICI I METODE: Provedena je anketa o pušenju SZO (WHO)
134 ispitanika-zdravstvena radnika, koja je sadržavala upitnik o
pušenju, navici pušenja, kao i stavove o pušenju.
REZULTATI:
Rezultati ankete pokazali su da puši 42,33% zdravstvena radnika.
Više puše žene (75%) od muškaraca (25%). Prema zanimanju 19,35%
ljekara su pušači, a iz grupe medicinskih tehničara 52,52%. Prema
anketiranimstavovima 95% pušača smatra pušenje kao ozbiljan zdravstveni
problem, 18,96% navodi da ima zdravstvene tegobe, 74,14% pušača
zna da je pušenje u koliziji sa njihovom profesijom, a 77,59% razmišlja
da prestane pušiti. Međutim 64,44% pušača smatra da im je za prestanak
pušenja potrebna stručno-medicinska pomoć.
ZAKLJUČAK:
Pušenje cigareta je javnozdravstveni problem, pošto je direktno
vezan za veliki broj oboljenja. Evidentno je da veliki broj zdravstvenih
radnika puši iako bi trebali biti zdravstveni prosvjetitelji. Zbog
toga ih treba prvo uključiti u programe odvikavanja od pušenja,
a potom ih uključiti u timove da pomažu drugima. To zahtijeva dugotrajan,
kontinuiran i istrajan rad.

The
smoking is already a mass phenomenon and it is especially disturbing
since it is a mass phenomenon among medical workers who should be
the example of health life.
AIM:
The aim of this work is to investigate how many smokers are there
among medical workers of Health Centre in Cazin and how smoking
affects their health and what are the attitudes of smoking among
them.
SUBJECTS
AND METHODS: We conducted questionnaire SZO (WHO) of 134 subjects-health
workers about smoking, and type of attitude about smoking.
RESULTS:
Results of the questionnaires are the following 42,33% of health
workers are smoking: more women (75%) than men (25%). In relate
to occupation 19,35% of doctors are smokers and from the group of
medical technicians 52,52%. State of the thinking about smoking
were: 95% of smokers consider smoking as a serious health problem,
18,96% of smokers state to have some health problems, 74,14% of
smokers know that smoking is in collision with their occupation
and 77,59% think to stop smoking. About stop smoking, 64,44% of
smokers consider they should have a medical help for it.
CONCLUSION:
The smoking is a public-health problem since it is directly connected
to a great number of smoking related illnesses. Obviously a lot
of health workers are smoke although they should be the health enlightens.
Due to that it is important to include them to give up smoking programme
and then include them to help teams and that requires long, continuing
and persistent work.
