CILJ:
MATERIJAL
I METODE: Delatnost preduzeća "Proizvodnja Mile Dragić" je proizvodnja
vojne i policijske opreme. U sastavu preduzeća posluje više multidisciplinarnih
proizvodnih sistema - pogon konfekcije, kamuflažne opreme, tvrde
balistike i gumarskih proizvoda, pogon obuće i kožne galanterije,
mašinski pogon i opitna stanica. Preduzeće je u privatnoj svojini,
a osnovano je 1985. godine. Ispitivanje uslova radne sredine je
izvršeno januara 2003godine.
REZULTATI:
račve, brusnog kamena i banseka.
i zavarivanju, CO2 i NO pri zavarivanju. Sve izmerene koncentracije
gasova ne prelaze MDK. Posebnu pažnju zavređuje zaprašenost radne
srednine.
prevencije: nošenje odgovarajućih respiratora, zaštitne odeće i
češći periodični pregledi izloženih radnika.

AIM:
The paper aims at presenting the work conditions and the conditions
of harmfulness in the industrial branch, which is unique in Serbia.
MATERIAL
AND METHODS:
The activity of the company '' Manufacture Mile Dragić '' is a manufacturing
output of military and police equipment. Several multifunctional
production systems are included in the company: a section of garment
industry, camouflage equipment, hard ballistics and rubber products,
a section of footwear and leather goods, a mechanical power and
a research station. The company is in private property and it was
established in 1985. The examination of the work conditions was
done in January 2003.
RESULTS:
The microclimate conditions are optimal and the lighting quality
meets the requirements. The noise sources are the sewing, cutting
and tailoring machines, the machines for abrasive partition, the
grindstone, circular saw, presses, spray gun, polishing machines,
drilling machines, milling machines, the lathe, drying system. The
intensity of an equivalent noise exceeds the regulated levels at
the tailing machines, milling machines, the machines for abrasive
partition, hand polishing machines, pneumatic fork, grindstone and
circular saw. There can be found the following chemical harmful
substances: acetone, petrol, toluen - at sticking, spraying, pressing
and accessory activities; CO at band cutting and welding; CO2 and
NO at welding. The measured concentration of gases does not exceed
MDK. A special attention should be paid to the dusting of the working
area. At final helmet mounting the plastic matters dust appears
as well as the metal dust. The cotton and flax dust is arisen in
the sewing shop and, at tailoring and at kevlar type composition,
the kevlar dust is arisen. According to its chemical composition
kevlar is a polymerized liquid crystal. Its technical characteristic
is impenetrability and that characteristic is of the strategic importance
for this industrial branch.
CONCLUSION:
The dust is respirable and, since the other features of kevlar are
still unknown, the following safety measures have been suggested:
to carry the appropriate respirators, to wear some protection clothes
and to practise wore common periodical check ups of exposed workers.
Key words: military and police equipment; work conditions; kevlar..
