PROFESIONALNA ORJENTACIJA STUDENATA, DA ILI NE ?

CILJ: Studenti Univerziteta u Sarajevu pri upisu na fakultet pristupaju preventivnom pregledu, koji vrši tim ljekara u sastavu: specialista medicine rada, oftalmolog, neuropsihijatar i psiholog. Cilj rada bio je prikazati rezultate takvog načina rada i ukazati na propuste. Da li je profesionalna orijentacija potrebna ili ne?

ISPITANICI I METODE: Provedena je namjenski konstruirana anketa 9 263 studenta, školske 2000/01 godine i školske 2001/02 godine, koja je sadržavala pitanje o izboru poziva sa izborom odgovora: bira poziv samostalno, ili po preporuci, ili u dogovoru sa prijateljima, ili im je bilo svejedno što će upisati. Studenti su pristupili pregledu tek nakon položenog prijemnog ispita. Pregled je obuhvatao: intervju (anketu), istoriju bolesti, klinički pregled, pregled vidne sposobnosti, pregled interniste i neurologa.

REZULTATI: Od 9263 (4950 djevojaka i 4313 mladića) ukupno anketiranih studenata se izjasnilo da: 95,5 % bira poziv samostalno, 2,8% popreporuci, 1,2% u dogovoru sa prijateljima, i samo je među njima 0,3% svejedno sta će upisati. Međutim u svakom u svakom upisnom roku 20-25 upisanih na tehničke fakultete bio je onemogućen da uspješno studira zbog poremećaja vidne sposobnosti, a 40-41 zbog neuroloških, ortopedskih ili psihičkih oboljenja.

ZAKLJUČAK: Profesionalna orjentacija ima opravdanje ako se obavlja prije pristupanja prijemnom ispitu.

IS PROFESSIONAL ORIENTATION OF STUDENTS NEED, YES OR NO?

AIM: For all students applying to some faculties at Sarajevo University, among other documents it is necessary to have medical approve of psycho-physical ability to attend this faculty. Medical report is done by professional team from Centre for healthcare of students, consisted of occupational medicine doctor, ophthalmologist, neurologist and clinic psychologist. The Aim of this study was to sign the results of this passed exams and their negative effects. Is professional orientation need, yes or no?

SUBJECTS AND METHODS: We conducted self- construct survey questionnaire, interviews, medical examination and reports from records of physician. The Questionnaire consisted questions about preferred study at the least vocation choice: the study group choice by himself, the study group are proposed by other person (family), the study group are proposed by friends, and does not matter what I study. Study included 9263 students (4950 female and 4313 male) during 2000/01 and 2001/02. Students who are taking this medical certificate have already passed exam for entering some faculty. The healthy examine included: medical history, visual ability, internist, and neurologist.

RESULTS: Among of 9263 (4950 gerl and 4313 jungmen) answered that: 95,5 % of them choice study group by himself, 2,8% of them choice proposed study group, 1,2% of them choice study group friends proposed, and only 0,3% of them answered that does not matter what I study. Results indicated that, in all new termin for entering some faculty 20-25 of total study candidat were impeded to study on technical study group because had disorders of visual ability, and 40-41 were impeded to study on technical study group because had neurological disorders, psychological and other musculosceletal disorders. The healthy certificate is becoming only formality.

CONCLUSION: The professional orientation has excuse to be done just before applying for exam for entering some faculty.
