SLUŠNOG GUBITKA NA SOCIJALIZACIJU I RADNU SPOSOBNOST

Temeljni
problem s kojim se osobe s gubicima sluha suočavaju nakon profesionalnog
osposobljavanja jeste zapošljavanje. Pored veoma malog izbora zanimanja
koji se nudi osobama s gubicima sluha kao i drugim značajnim faktorima
koji umanjuju mogućnost njihovog zapošljavanja, postoje i subjektivne
i objektivne teškoće koje se manifestuju prigodom zapošljavanja
ovih osoba.
CILJ:
Opći cilj ovog istraživanja je utvrđivanje subjektivnih pretpostavki
za uspješnu socijalizaciju i stavova o radnoj sposobnosti osoba
s gubicima sluha.
ISPITANICI
I METODE: Formiran je uzorak od 282 ispitanika različitih profesija
i različitih preduzeća na području Tuzlanskog i Sarajevskog kantona.
Uzorak je razbijen na tri skupine, od kojih je 106 ispitanika gluhih
radnika, 119 ispitanika-radnika koji čuju i 57 ispitanika- rukovodioca
preduzeća. Ispitivani su stavovi na temelju indikatora od 43 varijable
(upitnik lične izrade), u skladu sa ciljem ovog istraživanja. Globalan
uvid u stavove ispitanika dobijen je analizom frekvencija i postotaka.
REZULTATI:
Na temelju stavova ispitanika utvrđeno je da se grupe međusobno
statistički razlikuju (P<0,01). Međutim rezultati pokazuju da se
stavovi ispitanika u sve tri skupine po pitanjima radna socijalizacija
i radna sposobnost gluhih radnika statistički ne razlikuju.
ZAKLJUČAK:
Radnici sa gubitkom sluha su osobe koje se osjećaju radno sposobnim
i jednako su motivirani za rad kao i osobe bez slušnog gubitka.

The basic problem that people with hearing loss are faced with,
after professional qualification, is finding employment. Besides
a very limited choice of professions that are offered to persons
with hearing loss, as well as other limitation factors, there are
also subjective and objective difficulties that are manifested when
these individuals are being hired.
AIM:
The general goal of this research is to determine the subjective
prerequisites for successful socialisation, and determining positions
on work ability of those with hearing loss.
SUBJECTS
AND METHODS: The survey was completed. Participating in this
survey was a sample of 282 individuals of different professions
and different companies in the area of Tuzla and Sarajevo Cantons.
The sample was then broken into 3 groups, which consisted of 106
workers with hearing loss, 119 workers with normal hearing, and
57 company managers. Questions were based on 43 variable indicators
(personally prepared questionnaire), in accordance with this research.
Global insight into positions of those surveyed was generated using
frequency and percentage analysis.
RESULTS: Based on positions of those surveyed, it was determined
that the groups are statistically different (P< 0,01). However,
the results show that the positions of the individuals surveyed,
in regards to work socialisation and the ability of the workers
with hearing loss are statistically not different.
CONCLUSION:
Workers with hearing loss are individuals who feel capable to work
and are equally motivated to work as individuals with normal hearing.
